Contract commitment renewal

Please complete the acknowledgement below by end-of-day December 13​.
BY PROVIDING YOUR NAME BELOW & CONFIRMING YOUR RENEWED COMMITMENT TO YOUR INITIAL EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING BULLETED ITEMS, THE DIGITAL COMMUNICATION POLICY, THE NEW IMPLEMENTATION STRATEGY (NIS), AND THE AREA OPERATOR GUIDEBOOK.
  • Area Operators are commission-based workers with no pay guarantees or hourly wages;
  • With the exception of HQ sponsorships, there are no official recurring budgets for marketing ventures;
  • Area Operators are expected to promptly reply to correspondence in 24 hours or less;
  • Area Operators understand that they should be making the weekly initiative to make communication with ownership;
  • Area Operators must be communicative, meet deadlines, and fulfill their customer & staff member acquisition expectations & obligations;
  • Area Operators will continuously work to ensure their team consists of four (4) actively-working, deadline-completing Marketing Associates & they will communicate with Ownership weekly with updates about the Marketing Associate acquisition process;
  • Area Operators will extend their best efforts to meet the marketing & customer acquisition goals they laid out in their Marketing Plan;
  • Area Operators watched the Update Meeting video in-full and will complete the necessary Preparation tasks by their respective deadlines;
  • Area Operators will uphold all expectations and policies adopted by the New Implementation Strategy, which includes pay changes to Tutors & Marketing Associates;
  • Area Operators understand that, if they violate these bulleted items, the Digital Communication Policy, the New Implementation Strategy, and/or the Area Operator Guidebook, they will be called for a Performance Meeting by the True Tutor, LLC Ownership Board;
  • If improvement is not demonstrated following a Performance Meeting, True Tutor will not renew the contracts of Area Operators in accordance with policies stated within employment contracts, the Performance Meeting, and the Area Operator Guidebook;
  • Area Operators still agree to all of the Terms & Conditions found within: The Area Operator Guidebook, the New Implementation Strategy, the Digital Communication Policy, the Operator Resource Center, the Coronavirus Policy, the Diversity Policy, and the Terms and Conditions for Members and Paying Customers. Any item(s) of dispute shall be addressed and entirely handled prior to the completion of this form, and that starts with the Area Operator contacting Ownership with any points of concern.
