Renewing your staff
Please complete the process below by end-of-day December 13.
After you take some time to determine which Tutors and Marketing Associates you would like on your team for the January 1 - May 31, 2021 period, please complete the following steps in order:
- Send a letter to your Tutors and Marketing Associates that you would like to renew (Click here for the letter).
- Please use the linked letter, as it contains important steps in which Tutors and Marketing Associates must take. You can attach it in a generic email that simply instructs them to read the attached letter.
- Complete the form at the bottom of the page so we know which Tutors & Marketing Associates we should be expecting to hear from.
- Keep track of your Tutors and Marketing Associates in which you are renewing for Spring 2021. When we receive their completed Renewal Process forms, we'll let you know. You'll send them a formal reminder message on either 12/26 or 12/27 (see the next step for more information on this) if you aren't notified of their completed renewal forms.
- If you don't have 4 Marketing Associates you're renewing, begin the acquisition process. Your goal should be to have a full team of 4-6 Marketing Associates actively working by January 10.
