Time off Request
Area Operators: If you heard from one of your staffers that they need time off, please submit this form for data collection purposes, EVEN if they already completed the form themselves. This step is necessary to confirm that you have received & that you are accepting their request.
Tutors, Marketing Associates, Area Operators, Assistants, and Project Staffers should complete the Time Off Request form below if an extended leave (>7 days) is planned OR if there is a need to request time off during a time that conflicts with an already-signed contract (tutoring sessions; marketing deadlines). True Tutor ownership and/or your Area Operator will likely be in touch with additional questions to fully process your request. If no additional questions arise from the leadership team, you'll hear from us once your request is processed (generally in 48 hours or less).
YOU MUST complete this form EVEN during guaranteed time-off times if you have an existing contract/deadline that falls within a guaranteed time-off period. If you do not submit this form with a minimum of 3 day's notice, we will assume that you will carry-out the original contract/deadline and will not take advantage of our guaranteed time-off.
If the first day of your time off period starts in 48 hours or less, please submit this form AND send an email to Headquarters (if you're an Area Operator) or your Area Operator (if you're anyone else). The email just has to inform the appropriate party that you requested time off; no additional information is needed.
